Garbage In, Garbage Out: You Are What You Think – Part 2

In the previous post we have discussed the implications of the Bible verse from the book of Proverbs, “For as he thinks in his heart, so is he” and connected it to the principles of meditation. We also have seen that thought leads to action, and if we feed our minds with worldly or ungodly thoughts our actions will assuredly follow – garbage in, garbage out. Therefore, we should be mindful of what we take in, mindful of what we dwell on and mindful of every thought.

In Part 2 of this post I share additional Bible verses to underscore the connection between our thoughts, our actions, and the outcomes of our lives.
