What’s in a name? Everything. But I’m not talking about just the name, I am talking about the reputation behind the name – that is the meaning of today’s quote. We can look at famous people and decide who is sincere, fake, kind-hearted, mean, honest, deceiving, virtuous, sinful and the list goes on.

Bible or Not wishes all mothers a Happy Mother’s Day! Where would we be without our mothers? The love and protection a mother affords her children goes beyond understanding, and is so indomitable, that it is the measuring stick for the greatest love you could find. Even in the animal kingdom we talk about the fierceness of the “momma bear” that will go to any length to protect her cubs. For those of us who have experienced the love of a mother, we can only say thanks.

Today we honor YOU, our mothers who have loved us, have raised us, and have made us who we are today. We thank God for you and pray that He blesses you.
