Labor Day Quotes from the Bible

Today is Labor Day, and so I hope that many of you have the opportunity to take a break from your work and labors of life. And as it is Labor Day, I thought to share some “labor quotes” from the Bible. Notice that there is a common thread in the scriptures – we should labor for the things of God because while everything else comes up empty and passes away, the work we do in the service of God is never in vain.
