Where Can I Find ‘The Fallen Shall Rise Again’ in the Bible?

I recently watched the sequel to the Transformers movie, “Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen“. Very entertaining if you like action, adventure, sci-fi. BTW, I’d also consider it family friendly. There is a quote from the movie sounded Biblical to me.

“The fallen shall rise again” – Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, 2009

So, where can you find The Fallen Shall Rise Again in the Bible? It depends on how you define “Fallen”. In the movie, the “Fallen” is the leader of the forces of evil, so in this context representative of Satan, the fallen angel Lucifer. Another way to define “fallen” is representative of all those who have fallen in one way or another. Here is the bottom line:

The righteous who have fallen will rise again.

The wicked who have fallen will never rise again.
